Hey Siz! Welcome to the Sizterhood 💖
Follow these 3 easy steps to get started on your rental journey.
🚪 Click “Sign in/Register” at the top right-hand side of the Siz Website or download our App on the AppStore.
💌 Sign up using your UAE mobile number and email address.
🤳 Complete your profile by uploading a profile picture and Emirates ID
🆔 We will verify your details and approve/reject your account if your account in approved you will be able to use the app features.
Once these steps are completed, you’re ready to rent!
If you wish to list your wardrobe then please follow this FAQ article for a quick and easy run-through on how to upload your items!
👋 We're available from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and the most convenient way to reach us is through WhatsApp.
🔴 Hit the "Help" icon in the bottom, right-hand corner of the screen. Our handy online assistant will try to help, but invite you to leave a message if you get stuck.

We're sorry if you're waiting a little longer than you hoped for, but please be assured that support is on the way!🗝️ Consistent communication is key to a seamless rental experience. So, we encourage our sizters to reach out to each other before, during and after their rental period. If you're wondering how an item fits, or what shoes work best, you can ask them anything from the in-app messaging tool!
All communication about the rental must take place within the Siz platform. If anything goes wrong, the Siz team will only be able to support you through communication within the website. So for your peace of mind, and the safety of your wardrobe, please stick to messaging within the app.
All existing message threads can be found by going to your Dashboard > Messages.
If you’d like to delete your account, please email hey@siz.ae and put a subject “Request to delete my Siz account” and we will process your request.
Any insight into why you would like your account deleted would be much appreciated. We welcome any feedback!You can also delete your account from App , to do this Go to your profile and select DELETE ACCOUNT
At the end of your rental period, you will be prompted to leave a review for your Renter or Lender. Once both of you have left a review, these will be published.
💡Top tip: As a Renter, you’re able to add a photo of yourself in your rented look. This can be helpful to the next sizter looking for their perfect outfit!
WHY LEAVE A REVIEW? 🤔 We encourage you to leave reviews as they are a great way to provide feedback. The more reviews, the more trusted your profile is seen to be by other Sizters 😇
HOW TO LEAVE A REVIEW…📝 To leave a review, simply go to Renting/Lending > Renter View/Lender View > Order Summary. You can also follow the link included in the email sent after your rental period ends.
