Renting
Some listings have the word 'MANAGED' written on them accompanied by the description: "These items are managed by the Siz team". This means that we hold the items in-house, taking care of the end-to-end rental process, which includes communications with the Renter and postage and dry cleaning operations. These items are primarily lent through our retail/brand partners.
If an item isn’t ‘MANAGED’ this means that it is lent by a peer-to-peer Lender, so they are in charge of the end-to-end rental process. If you’d like to rent an item from a peer-to-peer Lender please message them directly to liaise with them about the rental!

o Create your Account:
Once you’ve registered an account with us you will need to add your card details and your address details to your Account page.
💡 Top tip: adding a profile photo will enhance your profile and make you approachable to Lenders!
o Browse:
Head to the Browse page to see our listings. You can edit your filters down the left-hand side to really narrow the selection down to what you're after!
You can filter the site according to your preferences, adding the dates you’d like to rent the item and selecting the designer, Size, colour etc.
If you decide to toggle the ‘Managed closets only’ button you’ll find all the items currently managed by the Siz team. These are gorgeous collections by our top lenders, partnered retailers, brands and designers that we send directly from Siz HQ.
💡 Top tip: you can ‘heart’ items as you scroll, adding them to your Wishlist. In your Wishlist page you can create personalized collections to re-visit when the time is right!
o Rent
Select the item you'd like to rent, choosing between 3, 8, or 20 days for clothes or 7 or 30 days for bags. You can either ‘Add To Cart’ where the item will remain until you’re ready to checkout or you can ‘Send request to rent’ and be taken straight through to checkout. Before this, however, you may wish to Message the Lender to find out more about the Size and fit of the item.
Next, enter your shipping and payment details. Make sure to verify the information on the Rental Summary, where a price breakdown is shown which may include a security deposit for bags. You will also be provided with the option to purchase AED 25 Damage Protection (we really recommend this!). And finally, this is where you can Apply Credit or Add Promo Code to your order.
The Lender has 48hrs to accept your request, which will remain pending until accepted. Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and app notification! At any point, you can view your order status within your My Rentals section.
If, for any reason, your request is not accepted you will receive an app notification and email detailing why. Should a request expire or be declined the temporary charge on your card will be returned to you. You can read more about these charges here.
o During your rental
Please note:
· Your rental can arrive with you at any time on the rental Start Date. If you’re needing the item that day then we advise setting your Start Date to at least one day before this!
· If the item doesn’t fit, don’t panic! Read this article here.
· Do not clean the item at any point during your rental period as this may damage the item. If you think the item might need cleaning please message the Lender and the Siz team as soon as possible.
o Returning your rental
Your item needs to be picked up by the drycleaner on the final day of your rental period to ensure the lender don’t miss any upcoming rentals. Late fees of a minimum of AED 75 per day may apply should the item not be returned on time. Make sure to call our WhatsApp on the final day should the drycleaner haven’t come and pick up before 8pm of the final rental day.
Simply place the item in the reusable packaging the item came in and make sure you keep an eye out for a call from our drycleaning partner to come and collect it.
You can use the search bar at the top of the home page to search for a specific brand or designer or filter by designer or brand at the browse tab.
Our rental collection will grow over time, so please do check back later on if you have been unable to find who you were looking for. We are also more than happy to receive feedback on designers, lenders or retailers you would like to see, which you can do by sending us an email at hey@siz.ae
We're committed to making sure Siz is a safe place to lend and rent your wardrobe. Every member who rents items on Siz has to complete our ID verification process for your peace of mind.
We work with Uqudo, award-winning company revolutionising the identity space in the Middle East & Africa, to verify your identity:
The process should take no longer than 2 minutes to complete
· We will ask for your Emirates ID.
· If we are unable to verify you, we may ask for additional information via email such as a utility bill or proof of UAE address
Please note: Your ID documentation is not stored by us. All documentation is held by a secure third party and will not be shared with other lenders or renters. All data is transmitted and stored using encryption technology.
🗝️Consistent communication is key to a seamless rental experience. So, we encourage Sizters to reach out to each other before, during and after their rental period.
Before placing a rental, you can inquire about the Size and fit of an item by clicking the ‘Message’ button that is displayed underneath or next to the Lender’s username.
During your rental, you can utilize the messaging tool to coordinate delivery times and after the rental, feel free to let your lender know how much you enjoyed renting their wardrobe and give them a review so your can help your fellow Sizters too!
All communication about the rental must take place within the Siz platform. If anything goes wrong, the Siz team will only be able to support you through communication within the app. So for your peace of mind, and the safety of your wardrobe, please stick to messaging within the app.

First thing's first, get excited. You're going to look great!
Your order will ship 1-2 days before your rental begin date. Once it's shipped, you can track your order in real-time. Be sure to try on everything the moment your order arrives.
On the off chance, you're not totally satisfied with your rental, we'll do everything in our power to get a replacement style to you in time for your event.
Fittings
We totally understand fit can be nerve-wracking. That's why we include a free backup item with every order.
We offer FREE fittings on the item you rented PLUS 1 back-up dress so you are covered in (rare) occasions when a rental might not fit you or live up to your expectations.
We suggest you to make sure you order your correct size. We will, however, do our best to provide a replacement if any of your rental styles do not fit.
To get a replacement, just send us a Whatsapp to request for other styles.
If we are able to get you a replacement before your event, we will charge you AED 40 to cover shipping.
If we are not able to get you a replacement before your event, we will refund the rental fee paid less AED 40 shipping cost
With all due respect to the owner of the item, we cannot cut from the fabric nor alter the style.
We can, however, check with the lender if she'd be okay with doing a very minor alteration using temporary fabric tape to shorten and elongate the item.
Check out & Delivery
We currently service all ladies who are residents of UAE with a valid Emirates ID
Once your rental has been accepted, you'll receive a confirmation email and app notification.
Your rental will be picked up by Siz team on the morning of the Start Date or a day before to arrive on or before your Start Date, which is when you can start tracking your rental so that you don't miss the delivery!
Your Lender or the Siz team will share the picture of the pickup with you via Chat tab. If they haven't shared the picture with you can send them a message to ask for them. This way, you won't miss the delivery and you can have your item for the whole rental period!
We send the majority of our 'Managed' items out on same day delivery. You should be able to re-direct your parcel to a location where you’ll be in the next 3 hours from the ship out notification if you won't be home - unfortunately, our items are unable to be left in a safe place so please do ensure someone is home to receive the delivery!
If a Renter is no longer going to be at an address and they would like their rental delivered elsewhere the Renter can simply change the address!
· If the Rental is over 4 days from starting, then the Renter can edit their delivery address from the Order Detail page of their rental.
The Lender will be notified via email of the address change. It's always a good idea to drop the Lender a message on Chat tab to let them know you've made a change! If the item is 'Managed' by Siz you can let us know via the WhatsApp for swift action.
· If the Rental is within 4 days from starting, then the Renter is prompted to message the Lender instead via Chat tab as it is often too late to then change the address.
· If the Rental has started, then the option to edit the address doesn’t appear.
Your order will be shipped out the same day as the Start Date of your rental. We deliver orders daily from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Express delivery for Managed closets is possible within 4 hours provided the order is placed before 12nn for an additional rush order fee of AED 120. Please note that this is subject to couriers availability. Unfortunately, not all couriers are always available, especially on holidays. However, if you really need something, we can come up with a solution.
Once a rental request has been submitted, the full amount will be authorized on the Renter’s card (including any Security Deposits for bags). You will receive confirmation that Siz has received the request and passed on the notification to the Lender. The Lender then has 48 hours to accept the request before it expires.
Top tip: If your request is still pending, we recommend reaching out to your Lender via the Chat tab!
If the rental is declined or expires, your rental fee is refunded in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, you won’t see a refund credit on your statement. After a few days, you will just see the original authorisation drop off your statement entirely. There will be no payment and no refund. It’ll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you if you have any questions.
Our managed rentals are sent at the Start Date with the same-day and immediate delivery.
By default, our third party couriers are requested not to leave parcels in a safe place should you be out. The safekeeping of your rental is entirely your responsibility and so we don’t recommend this as an option.
Alternative delivery options are available from the notification sent by Siz. Please ensure to provide an alternate delivery location where you’ll be available to receive the day before the Start Date.
We require Lenders to share the picture of the item shipped as soon as they ship the item. Please reach out to your lender via the messaging service if they have not already provided it.
Once the pictures has been shared via the Siz messaging platform, it becomes the receiver’s duty to accept the package upon arrival. If, as the Lender, you choose to send the item earlier than the requested start date, it is your responsibility to check with the Renter ahead of time to make sure they are aware of when the item will be arriving and whether they will be in to accept it or not.
Orders for rental shall only be accepted or returned by the person in whose name the order was placed. Given the high retail value of items and the associated risks of non-returns, only verified customers who have confirmed their identity can rent items.
Moreover, we may allow receiving of the delivery to family members or housemates provided that written approval was sent to Siz chat tab.

If you’re applying a promo code at checkout please select the ‘Add Promo Code’ option and paste your code into the box.
Rental period
You can book a reservation up to 6 months in advance, and schedule your order to arrive 1-2 days before your event.
We recommend always planning in advance!
We’re so pleased that your Renter is loving your item!
If you’re happy to extend your rental and and the lender has no upcoming rentals on that item, please get in touch with us via Whatsapp with your order details. We will process the transaction accordingly.
Our cleaning process
Professional dry cleaning and bag spa are included in your rental fee so no need to worry about cleaning them after use.
Damages ,Safety & Security
As a Renter, you are expected to treat rented items as if they are your own. If anything happens, please immediately inform SIZ via Whatsapp. The better you manage the situation, the faster we can help you resolve it.
We understand that accidents can happen so we have included Damage Protection coverage to the rental price to help give you peace of mind when renting.
Damage Protection covers the cost of repairable damage (such as a broken zip, missing beads, stain removal) up to a maximum repair cost of AED 250 per rental.
What’s not covered?
1. Excess repair cost of damage in beyond the AED 250
2. Damage beyond repair
3. Loss of item due to carelessness, theft or other
In the event of irreparable damage and/or loss (2 & 3 above), the Renter would be liable to cover the total estimated replacement value of the item, at the discretion of the SIZ team.
Every item rented from a managed closet by siz undergo a stringent quality check that’s why we need atleast a day or two to fulfill your orders. Feel free to WhatsApp us if there are any issues that didn’t reach your expectations.
For peer-to-peer closets, we require the lenders to prepare and package their items and ensure the quality and cleanliness of the item before shipping out. You may message the lender through the chat on our app to check in on it and
if you could come up to an agreement that would be be beneficial for both. If you can’t reach to a conclusion, you can whatsapp us so we can assist.
Every item rented from a managed closet by Siz undergoes a rigorous quality check, which is why we need at least a day or two to fulfill your orders. If there are any issues that fall short of your expectations, please feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp.
For peer-to-peer closets, we require lenders to prepare and package their items, ensuring quality and cleanliness before shipping. You can communicate with the lender through our in-app chat to discuss and potentially come to an agreement to find a solution, arrange a payment adjustment or cancelation, if needed. If reaching a resolution proves challenging, you can contact us on WhatsApp, and we'll be happy to assist.
Protecting our Sizterhood is important to us so if we can see that you currently have an unreturned rental, you won't be able to place a new one.
If your rental has been logged by our team, you'll automatically receive full access to the site and can start renting again.
If you have any questions at all or you believe something isn't quite right with your current account status, please just drop us a message on WhatsApp and we will be more than happy to help.
As a Renter, you are expected to treat rented items as if they are your own.
⛑️ We understand that accidents can happen, so we have created our Damage Protection Insurance to cover instances of minor damage and provide you peace of mind when renting.
🚩 If anything happens to your rental, it’s really important that you inform the Siz team immediately. The better you manage the situation, the faster we can help you resolve it.
If you haven’t opted to pay for Damage Protection and if the item is damaged beyond repair, lost, stolen or the repair costs more than AED 250, Siz reserves the right to charge you for the total Original Retail Value of the item.
Please note that you may also be required to have a Security Deposit authorised on your card if you rented a designer bag. You can learn more about Security Deposits here.
🛡 At Siz, we take the protection of our Sizterhood seriously. We’re aware that the risk of interference from fraudsters is prevalent and we want to keep you informed, safe and prepared.
🚔 As a Sizterhood, remaining up-to-date and vigilant of suspicious activity is crucial. Calling out suspicious behaviour by reporting it, is vital to everyone’s safety. Please report them to us by raising a ticket at hey@siz.ae. Our Care Team will look after things from there. Some red flags to look out for...
🚩 A request to complete or verify a transaction via a link or button within an email, messenger, or text message that has been sent to you. Siz will never ask you to process payment via the messaging system, WhatsApp or other forms of communication. Payment for all rentals is made through our secure checkout at the time of making your rental request.
🚩 A request to share personal information, such as your email address, phone number or bank details.
We store and handle your details that enable rentals to be made via the checkout in a safe and secure way. You do not need to share any additional information via the messenger or any other form of contact. Anything like the below, should be reported.
🚩 Messages via the Siz App claiming to be from the Siz team and asking you to click on any links or share personal details.

If you have shared your bank details and believe you are at risk, report the situation to your bank immediately. They can block your card and support you.
We understand that your wardrobe is your pride and joy, which is why keeping it safe is our top priority! To help, we have implemented the following steps…
⏳ Rental Requests: You can choose to accept or decline rental requests within 24 hours. Don’t be shy to communicate with a Renter if you have any questions about their plans for your item!
🪪 ID verification: We ask all Sizters renting items above a certain price to complete our verification process. This helps ensure our Sizterhood is as secure as possible.
🔐 Security Deposits: Renting bags requires security deposit of 20% of the original retail price to ensure items are returned in the same excellent condition they were sent in.
⛑️ Damage Protection: Our Damage Protection Insurance is an add-on available to renters that provides additional cover for instances of minor damage.
💞 Reviews: After each rental, we ask both renters and lenders to complete a review. We find that this helps to foster a sense of Sizterhood of trusted, active Sizters.
There will also be a small risk when renting, but thankfully, cases of accidental damage are very rare and typically solved via our Damage Protection add-on. It is important to remember though, that Siz is not financially responsible for your items and so consider your items for rental carefully.

Renting bags requires security deposit of 20% of the original retail price to ensure items are returned in the same excellent condition they were sent in and for peace of mind which is an additional fee, separate to the rental amount.
The Security Deposit is a holding charge placed on the Renter’s card for the duration of the rental and is released once the item has been safely returned to the Lender. Siz reserves the right to charge this amount at any time if damage, loss or other issue is reported.

If your item is damaged by a Renter please follow the steps below:
💬 Make the Siz team aware of the damage as soon you open the package. You should always open your returns when they arrive with you. Take photos and include them in the message. Keep hold of these in case we need to see them too! All damage must be flagged with the renter or the Siz team within 7 days of receiving your rental back.
🪡 If the damage is minor and will handle the cost and taking the item to a cleaner or tailor. If they took out Damage Protection, they'll be covered by us for up to AED 250. The Damage Protection would be shown on their price breakdown for the rental if they aren't sure about this. If Damage Protection was not taken out, your renter is liable for any charges.
🚨 If you believe the damage to be major, please follow the above steps and know that we are on hand if needed. While we are dedicated to providing support and guidance in resolving disputes between renters and lenders, it’s essential to note that as a marketplace, Siz cannot assume financial responsibility for any loss or damage. We will, however, do our utmost to assist you throughout the process.
We ask that you kindly bear in mind that minor wear and tear is sometimes to be expected when lending items. Should a repair slightly alter an item please let us know and we’ll advise on whether you can keep renting it on Siz. Just because an item’s lived a little doesn’t mean it can’t live a little more!

Delivery and pickup, professional drycleaning, damage protection coverage and insurance are all included on the rates above.
A Security Deposit on each item for peace of mind of the lenders which is a temporary additional fee, separate to the rental amount.

Cancelation & Returns
If you need to query a cancellation fee please leave us a message via Whatsapp your order number so we can refund the cancellation fee where applicable.
Cancelling last minute limits other SIZTERS from renting the item.
Please note the SIZ cancellation terms and fees:
For rentals booked more than 48 hours in advance of the start date
• Cancellations more than 10 days in advance are fully refundable
• Cancellations made within 10 calendar days of the rental start date incur a 30% cancellation charge payable to SIZ
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date are non-refundable

For rentals booked within 48 hours of the start date
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of the booking date and time are fully refundable
• Cancellations made more than 2 hours after the booking date and time are non-refundable
If your item has arrived in less than great condition, you must let the Lender know within 6 hours of receiving the item.
🎁 We suggest opening your rental on the day you receive the item from the Lender.
📸 If an issue has been spotted, make sure you take a picture right away. Using your phone will automatically time-stamp when the issue was spotted.
💬 Communicate the problem with your lender using the Siz messenger (learn how to message another user HERE). Rental problems are rare, but when they do occur, opening a conversation asap is key for a smooth resolution. If your rental was a "managed" item, sent from Siz directly, please get in touch with us right away and we will be on hand to help.
📮The rental must be returned within 24 hours of flagging the issue unless you and your lender have agreed on a discounted rate for the rental following the problem that you reported.
💌 If you and your lender are struggling to reach a resolution, you can reach out to our (lovely) support team on WhatsApp or hey@Siz.ae. Let us know your order number, and where you got to with your lender before contacting us. Please also include any pictures you have that would be helpful for us to understand the issue.
It's important that you return your rental within the rental period, as many lenders have back-to-back rentals.
If, for any reason, it looks like you can’t make your scheduled return date or you would like to discuss the extension of a rental, please contact the SIZ and reschedule return to an earlier day.
A daily late fee of AED 75 may apply for each day a rental is not returned after the final day of the rental period.
Please note that this fee is chargeable to the Renter and payable to the Lender solely at SIZ’ discretion. SIZ may also at its sole discretion opt to charge the Renter for an extended rental period instead of a Late Fee which may be payable to the Lender.
No need to panic, our Fit Guarantee Policy takes the stress away by allowing you to request a partial refund if the item doesn’t fit. This will issue a full refund minus the delivery fee of AED 60.

⏰ You have 4 hours to request for refund on the app if the item doesn’t fit you.
🗓️ If you request a Fit Guarantee, it must be on the first day you receive the rental and the item must be back in the following day.

💍 Our Fit Policy does not apply to bags.
If you’re returning an item due to fit issues, please liaise with the lender or Siz team to discuss a suitable time to return the item on either the Saturday or the Monday. If you’re returning after the rental duration is up, just put the item back to our reusable garment bag and we’ll handle the drycleaning and pick up.
You may expect our drycleaning partner to contact you and pick up the item.
To cancel a rental, go to
My Rentals > Renting > Upcoming and select Manage My Rental > Cancel My Rental
Cancelling last minute limits other Sizters from renting the item.

For rentals booked more than 48 hours in advance of the start date
For rentals booked within 48 hours of the start date
For late returns we charge a penalty fee of AED 75 per day and we require you to send us a message regarding further delays within the day of supposed return.
Please be considerate of other ladies who might be waiting for their dress.
If the item is not returned in 7 days and SIZ is not notified of any delay, the rental will be considered lost and the renter will be charged with the total value of the item.
Lending
💁 Listing your wardrobe couldn’t be easier!
Click on “List An Item” at the bottom middle of the screen of the app.
1. Fill in the product information making sure to include the brand name, Size and fit. Include as much information as possible - extra style notes and details are really useful! If there are any minor imperfections please photograph and detail them in the description.
❗N.B. Please ensure to put the right size and only select one Size for your item unless you have multiple units.
2. Upload a minimum of 4 images highlighting your product. We need at least the main image to be focused on the fullness of the item, including shots of the garment being worn. Upload pictures from various angles for comprehensive viewing. Additionally, include an image depicting the current condition of the item.
3. Set your pick up address
❗N.B. Remember that all items need to be shipped using siz’ delivery partner and costs shall be covered by the rental price.

Siz reserves the right to edit listings or remove listings that do not adhere to the criteria above. Please also consider the following when selecting items to list:
Our sizters prefer impeccably presented images - the more professional your listing looks the more likely it is to be rented! Don't forget to include an image of the item being worn; this helps items rent best.
Top tips for taking the perfect photo:
Siz may remove the background for select photos or modify images at our discretion
When listing an item, Siz will suggest the optimal rental fee.
These suggestions are typically around 5%-25% depending on the retail price.
However, as the Lender, you’re able to override and increase the suggested pricing to suit your needs. If you feel your item is in high demand you may wish to increase the price. For items priced below AED 2,000, the rental price must not fall below the recommended optimal price, with only the option to adjust upward.
Prices of managed closet items are subject to ongoing change (increases or decreases of the rental value) for multiple reasons including company offers and promotions, demand fluctuations, Item condition, inflation, and many other business or market variables. Your profile will reflect the most recent pricing of your Item, and such pricing changes are not communicated.
Please ask the Renter to request the item for their desired dates. You can then accept or decline the request through the Lending page on your Siz Profile. Here you’ll be able to see the date and length of the rental, and the amount you can expect to receive.
You have 24 hours to accept or decline the request. Communication is key, so please always keep your renters informed and up to date!
If you are unable to fulfil a rental request, please decline the request within 24 hours to let the Renter know (although the sooner the better as they may be able to rent the item from another user)!Heading on holiday and don’t wish to receive requests for a few days?

My Wardrobe
Each time a renter books your items through our website or app, you will receive an push notification on SIzters App as well automatic WhatsApp notification from Siz's broadcast number, +971 54 390 9650. For those with a managed closet by Siz, the WhatsApp notification will serve as your notification. If you are a peer-to-peer lender, you will receive a link to schedule the pick-up date and time, along with the order details.
Additionally, you will be granted access to the Siz lender's dashboard lenders.siz.ae or you may browse your lender profile on the app, allowing you to see your rentals.
We've recently introduced new rental periods, designed to be more favourable for both renters and lenders like yourself. To align with these changes and ensure fairness, your listing prices had to be adjusted. This prevents instances where you might inadvertently charge a 20-day rental price for a full 30-day period. Rest assured, you retain the ability to update your listing prices at any time.

Top tips to increase your rentals:
1. Response time: Respond to renter queries as soon as possible and try to accept rental requests within 6 hours of receiving them. Requests will expire after 24 hours if they don’t get responded to.
2. Photographs: Upload the highest quality images ideally when worn. The more images showing details of the item, the better
3. Description: Try to provide as much detail as possible, all in one place. Specify the fabrics, colour and Sizing. If the item comes up small, or is true to Size, this information will really help other Sizters before they Request To Rent
4. Advice: Another sizter might ask you how to style an outfit. Helpful advice is key to being a good lender and building our sisterhood.
5. Reviews: Sizters are more likely to rent from a lender with good reviews. If you’ve had a great experience with a renter, leave them a review and chances are they’ll rate you too!
We have a fur-free policy and do not accept fur listings. But don't fret! Our lenders have accumulated some wonderful faux-fur pieces.
As the lender, please take a photograph on your phone to record the condition of the item within 6 hours before sending anything out.
If you notice any damage upon receiving your item back, please take photographs within 24 hours and share with Siz via WhatsApp.
Taking a photo on your phone automatically date stamps the moment you take it which can give you peace of mind in case there are any queries surrounding the condition of your rental.

Shipping , Cleaning & Returns
Siz manages the dry cleaning, and the associated cost is included from the rental price we set for your items. It's crucial to consider this expense when pricing your items to prevent overpricing, which could make your listings less appealing to renters.
Our dry cleaning partner will take care of picking up the items from the renter and returning them to Siz or the lender. Please expect a call from our partner upon the end of your rental period to arrange the pick up of the item rented and kindly ensure to return the item on the last day of rental to avoid late fees.
A great rental starts with the delivery. Here are some tips for a smooth start!
Siz.ae takes care of the pickup and delivery service, along with the associated costs, for both Managed and Peer-to-peer closets. These services are already covered within the rental price.
N.B - If the rental end date is a Sunday, communicate with your renter about the expected return date, given that most delivery services do not operate on this day.
If your item doesn’t fit your Renter, don’t worry! Renters can register for a Fit Refund, returning the item the same day or the day following its arrival. Renters will be refunded the rental fee less the delivery costs.
Siz’s Top Tip: If you find you’ve been receiving a handful of Fit Refunds recently, consider adding more information to your listing.
E.g. Your height, item measurements, how the item fits on you etc. Extra photos are always a good reference point too!
The item will be picked up from the renter by our drycleaning partner on the final day of the rental period to ensure you don’t miss any upcoming rentals. Late fees of a minimum of AED 75 per day may apply and shouldered by the renter should the item not be returned on time.
If you are a renter and you’ve not received a pick up notification, make sure to call our WhatsApp on the final day should the drycleaner haven’t come and pick up before 8pm of the final rental day.
Simply place the item in the reusable packaging the item came in and make sure you keep an eye out for a call from our drycleaning partner to come and collect it.
We’re so pleased that your Renter is loving your item! Siz team will check if the lender is happy to extend the rental and you have no upcoming rentals, then Siz will share the payment link online to issue a charge to your renter.
Charges & Payments
Lenders’ earnings for rentals completed will be credited to your Siz credits Immediately once your order is completed, you can then place request to withdraw that amount to your bank account using Use Credits button on your Lending profile
The amount will be credited to your bank account in next 3-5 days depends upon your bank.

🆔 We will verify your details and approve/reject your account if your account in approved you will be able to use the app features.
Once these steps are completed, you’re ready to rent!

All communication about the rental must take place within the Siz platform. If anything goes wrong, the Siz team will only be able to support you through communication within the website. So for your peace of mind, and the safety of your wardrobe, please stick to messaging within the app.

Click the “Sign In” button on the top right of the Homepage Click “Forgot Your Password” and you will be sent a secure link to your email address to reset your password and regain access to your account!

If you’d like to delete your account, please email hey@siz.ae and put a subject “Request to delete my Siz account” and we will process your request.

At the end of your rental period, you will be prompted to leave a review for your Renter or Lender. Once both of you have left a review, these will be published.
💡Top tip: As a Renter, you’re able to add a photo of yourself in your rented look. This can be helpful to the next sizter looking for their perfect outfit!

Fees & Payments
How your payment is processed depends on the type of rental you place. Peer to Peer rentals are from other users on the site/app and Managed rentals are garments sent directly from the team at Siz HQ.
A Managed rental is accepted right away. The rental cost, including any security deposits for bags, will be charged at the point of booking and you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know the rental is locked in!
⌛ Peer to Peer rentals are requested before being confirmed. Your lender has 24 hours to accept the request. Whilst a rental is waiting to be accepted, the authorisation on your card is temporary and will include the security deposit if you’re renting a bag. This is a good time to message your lender and introduce yourself! 👋
✅ If the rental is approved, payment is captured and the rental can go ahead! You'll receive a confirmation email with handy info, so be sure to check it out!
❌ If the rental is declined or expires, your rental fee is refunded in the form of a reversal.
In the case of a reversal, you won’t see a refund credit on your statement. After a few days, you will just see the original authorisation drop off your statement entirely. There will be no payment and no refund. It’ll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you if you have any questions.
All renter and lender communication must go through the Siz platform.
If, on the rare occasion, someone has contacted you to pay or receive money outside the Siz platform, we advise that you cease communication with that member immediately and report the user to our team via our Help Centre.
Payments and communicating with other Sizters only through the Siz platform are vital to making your experience as positive and secure as possible. If your transaction happens offline, we will have no record of it, it will not be protected, and it will be difficult for Siz to help you.
Please note that all Sizters have signed up to Siz’s Terms of Service agreeing that they will not take the transaction off the platform.
AS A RENTER
To cancel a rental, kindly WhatsApp the siz team so we can assist you. If you need to query a cancellation fee please leave us a message with your order number so we can refund the cancellation fee where applicable.Cancelling last minute limits other Sizters from renting the item.

AS A LENDER
To cancel a rental, please contact the Siz team via WhatsApp. This way, we can notify any upcoming renters and coordinate a replacement for your renter.Please remember that cancelling at the last minute disappoints other Sizters and can lead to negative reviews.
Late Fees
It's important that you return your rental on time to not disappoint another renter in the sizterhood who might also have a rental booked for the item you’re enjoying!
Communication is key, so whether you’ve rented from a Private Lender or, from our very managed collection, please make sure you follow the below contact instructions:
🤝 For Peer-to-Peer rentals... Check your rental details in your account and hit “Message Lender” to start a conversation and discuss the situation.
Your Lender is entitled to request a late fee of a minimum of AED 75, should your rental not arrive on time. If there has been no communication with your Lender, it is likely our team will support that request ahead of discussing it with you.
🤝 For Managed rentals… Simply drop us a message via WhatsApp.
We understand life can get in the way sometimes, but please be aware that late fees of a minimum of AED 75 will be applied for extended delays. If you need any support at all with a return or have any questions about fees you have been charged, please use the above link to contact our team, who will be happy to help.
🚩 Although fees are rare, it is important to note that as included in our Terms Of Service, Siz reserves the right to issue a fee without your prior approval.
Insurance
We know your designer wardrobe is your pride and joy, which is why you’re wanting to share it with others of course! That's why we ask all SIZTERS renting to verify using our Emirates ID verification process to ensure our community is kept safe and secure.
Here are some more ways in which we ensure safety on SIZ:
1. Security Deposits - 20% holding charge is blocked on the Renter’s card for the duration of the rental and is released once the item has been safely returned to the Lender.
2. Damage Protection - This is covered by SIZ and covers up to AED 250 of accidental damage (such as a broken zip, missing beads, stain removal and slight tears). Any damages beyond that will be charged to the renter and the designer item shall be returned to the lender in good condition.
3. Rental approval - You can accept or decline rental requests. Don’t be shy about communicating with SIZ if you have any questions about their plans for your item!
4. Insurance - If the payment for loss or irreparable damage has not been made within 7 days from the supposed return date by the renter, SIZ may thereafter take any measures it deems appropriate, including but not limited to reporting to the relevant authorities to recover for its losses and damages. The lender will then be covered by our insurance and repaid with the total estimated replacement value of the item.
After each transaction, we ask both lenders and renters to complete a review which helps foster our community of trusted lenders and renters.

All items are covered by our insurer in the whole duration of the rental.
- Renters are liable to cover the total estimated replacement value of the item on occasion that the item is lost or damaged irreparably.
- The amount in excess of the security deposit will be charged if the damage is beyond 20% of the value.
- If there’s any chances the card is declined, SIZ may thereafter take any measures it deems appropriate, including but not limited to reporting to the relevant authorities to recover for its losses and damages.
- The lender will then be covered by our insurance and repaid with the total estimated replacement value of the item

Your earnings are released 2 days after the rental period has finished.
You should then receive the funds within 4-5 working days from this point depending on your bank.
